Terms and Conditions - RIIT

1. Admission Policy
 * Admission to any course is subject to the submission of authentic documents (ID proof, academic certificates) and eligibility criteria.
 * Admission is confirmed only after the payment of the prescribed registration fee.

2. Fee Structure & Refunds
 * All fees (Registration, Tuition, or Examination) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances.
 * Students must pay their installments or monthly fees by the specified due date. A late fee fine may be applicable as per institute policy.

3. Attendance & Discipline
 * A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for a student to be eligible for final examinations and certification.
 * Strict discipline must be maintained within the institute premises. Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, or damage to institute property (Computers, Furniture, etc.) will lead to strict action or immediate termination of admission without refund.
 * Use of mobile phones inside the classrooms or labs is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the trainer.

4. Identity Card
 * Every student will be issued an Identity Card, which must be carried at all times while on the institute premises. Entry may be denied without a valid ID card.

5. Examination & Certification
 * Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, passing the final examination, and full clearance of all outstanding dues.
 * The certification provided by RIIT (Rashtriya Institute of Information Technology) is based on the curriculum and standards set by the management.

6. Batch Timings & Holidays
 * The management reserves the right to change batch timings or instructors if necessary.
 * Information regarding holidays will be displayed on the notice board as per the academic calendar or emergency administrative decisions.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
 * In case of any dispute or legal matter, the decision of the RIIT Management shall be final and binding. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the institute is located.
